Our stance is that injuries, occupational illnesses and safety and environmental mishaps are all preventable - and our goal is to reduce all of these incidents to zero.
Health, safety, environmental and product stewardship issues are a matter for management as well as the work force. Management in each business area shoulders the responsibility of educating, training and motivating staff to meet our goals.
Employee Development
The Group views the continuing process of employee growth as a joint effort by workers and the company. All employees are responsible for their own development, but this takes place using the systems, tools and support that the Group provides.
