Dawood Hercules Chemicals Limited was formed as a joint venture between Dawood Group and Hercules Inc. of USA in 1968. It was the first private sector venture in Pakistan to receive loan from the World Bank Dawood Hercules produces Urea fertilizer under the brand name "Bubber Sher".

Dawood Hercules's manufacturing plant is one of the world’s best managed plants for consistent capacity utilization almost 100%. Dawood Hercules has the privilege of receiving KSE top 25 Companies Award for five consecutive years.
